Order cancellation

You may cancel your order at no charge before it has been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — please refer to our Returns, Refunds & Replacement policy instead.

How to cancel

Log in to your account, go to Order History, and select "Cancel" on the eligible order. You can also contact our customer support team with your order number.

Refund for cancelled orders

If payment was already collected, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
